We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Operations Assistant to assist our Operations Department. This position is very critical to the long-term success of the company as it is a dynamic technical company in a high tech industry.

Reporting to the Director, Procurement, this position will be a key contributor of SOLiD’s continued growth and success. The Operations Assistant will support Operations and Support teams including coordination with Sales team on returns. Duties will include the following;


  • Managing operations policies and procedures
  • Managing the items receipt record accurately with the ERP system (NetSuite) for purchased goods
  • Managing purchase records with hard copy (Commercial Invoice and Packing list)
  • Managing the inventory adjustment and inventory transfer in ERP system with high accuracy (Quantity, Serial number, Prices, Location and etc.)
  • Managing inventory transaction cooperate with warehouse, logistics, support team and other teams
  • Prepare required documents for global logistics
  • Support procurement
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Process RMA’s in NetSuite and coordination of returns of RMA equipment
  • Other projects as assigned

Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization in a high growth industry.


  • BS/BA degree in supply chain management or business administration or relevant field with 5 years of experience
  • Must be skillful in using Microsoft Office, NetSuite and other programs
  • Prefer bilingual in Korean
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Critical thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently within a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Must be punctual, dependable and a team player
