ALLIANCE Multi-Carrier DAS

SOLiD has already delivered tens of thousands of DAS remotes worldwide, with every one of them providing the best price/power ratio in the industry.

Why do the world’s largest service providers and high-profile venues consistently choose SOLiD ALLIANCE? Because our unique modular platform allows you to purchase only what you need when you need it. Buy only what you require now, and expand your network in the future. It’s the perfect, cost-effective communication solution.  The SOLiD ALLIANCE Multi-Carrier DAS is uniquely designed to provide public safety radio, 2-way radio, and commercial wireless services on one system.

SOLiD ALLIANCE Systems

ALLIANCE Multi-Carrier Distributed Antenna System (DAS)

The fact is, SOLiD’s high-power output requires less hardware and, therefore, costs less than comparable systems, while delivering superior performance. Our solutions support all public safety and cellular services from 150/450 radio to 2.5TDD, with just one strand of fiber to each remote.

ALLIANCE delivers value with features like our rugged, yet compact, remote units that comply with the NFPA and IFC fire codes and NEMA 4 requirements, at no additional cost. Plus, SOLiD’s solutions feature the most precise filtering available in DAS systems on the market. This eliminates interference issues and permits simple load balancing among all your cellular services. Combine that with the most up-to-date system management and control software available on the market today, and it becomes clear why SOLiD is considered one of the leading RF systems manufacturers in the world. Our unique modular design lets you buy what you need now, and then cost-effectively expand and upgrade your network in the future.

ALLIANCE is all about flexibility:

1W, 2W, 5W, 20W and 40W NEMA-rated remote units can be integrated with a common headend, giving you more control and more deployment options for every DAS deployment.

The Industry’s leader in DAS remote flexibility – ALLIANCE REMOTE OPTICAL UNITS

Alliance Remote Optic Units (ROUs) lead the industry in DAS remote flexibility. Our ROUs are fed with a single fiber, optical interface. Signals are distributed to independent amplifiers that combine the RF into a single antenna port. High output power reduces the number of ROUs you’ll need. A small footprint and NEMA rating combine to simplify equipment placement. Our innovative convection cooling eliminates fans, thereby reducing maintenance needs and equipment failures.

Consider these important Alliance ROU features:
  • Every ROU location supports from 1 to 7 frequency bands
  • It is possible to mix and match 2W, 5W, 20W and 40W ROUs and integrate them at a common headend
  • Install our double-locking, tamper-proof and air/water-tight ROUs almost anywhere
  • Internal 110VAC or 48VDC power supply
  • Accommodates SISO / MIMO / public safety configurations

Rethinking rack-space with ALLIANCE iBIU.

The new Integrated BIU (iBIU) is the latest addition to SOLiD’S ALLIANCE product line and features integrated POIs for maximizing services supported while minimizing headend rack space.

Considering the growth of small cell technology, the iBIU is ideally positioned for blending both high and low power POI modules in the same chassis, making your system solutions that much more competitive.

ALLIANCE DMS DAS Management Systems

ALLIANCE DAS DMS Product Sheet

SOLiD ALLIANCE DAS DMS-1200 provides an enterprise level interface point between the fiber optic distributed antenna system DAS) and your network operations center (NOC).

SOLiD’s DMS-1200 provides an enterprise level interface between the fiber optic Distributed Antenna System (DAS) and your Network Operations Center (NOC). The DMS-1200 gathers vital system information and alarm data from the DAS network and transmits via SNMP to the designated NOC facility for monitoring.

The DMS-1200 keeps downtime to a minimum and ensures your SOLiD system remains reliable. Comprehensive DAS system health checks are continually conducted and changes in status and alarm detection are reported in real time.

Whether you monitor with your own network computer, or utilize a sophisticated carrier-grade NOC, the DMS-1200 is the interface that will perform to the highest of standards in any application.
